“"Take This To Your Grave" Until I Go To My Grave”
After all these years, I still find myself listening to F.O.B's entire Take This to Your Grave album almost every week. This album bleeds perfection in every sense of the word. The heavy guitar riffs are stuck in my ears like super glue and there is some really memorable vocal work as well. I love how high-pitched Patrick's voice was able to get on this album. I love all the songs on TTTYG, but my all time favorite will always be "Calm Before the Storm". The song used to be a pretty important part of F.O.B's setlist, but in recent years, the band has ditched it. They must have favored the song at some point- two different versions of it were recorded on two different albums. I can only hope that someday "Calm Before the Storm" reappears in the F.O.B setlist. The only albums I own that probably get more playtime than TTTYG are The Blue Album and Pinkerton, both by Weezer. That being said, this F.O.B album is pretty impressive.

I think I love almost every song on this album. but.. why isn't fob's evening out with your girlfriend on the discography? DD:! my favourite albums by fob: ~take this to your grave ~folie a deux ~evening out with your girlfriend. :D I love 'pretty in punk' from evening out with your girlfriend. and from take this to your grave, I'd have to pick 'chicago is so two years ago', 'calm before the storm', '"tell mick he just made my list of things to do today"', "the patron saint of liars and fakes' etc xD <3 I could go on forever.

i <3 all of the songs on this album - well saying that, i love all songs Fall Out Boy makes, because every song has that special something. Probably Patricks voice but anyway, great album. Patron Saints of Cons And Liars is a great song. Same with Saturday & Dead on arrival. But I do like all of the songs.

Actually , i love every Fall Out Boy album. Seriously. I love every song and i can't choose my favorite album .. but i think Folie à Deux is better than Take This To Your Grave .. just my opinion. Patricks voice is improved and all... but like i said , i still love every single song and album.
